Included are deeds for land in Albany, Ulster, Rensselaer, Onondaga, Oneida, Steuben, Saratoga, Essex and Schoharie Counties. Most deeds involve transactions between Low and others. Several items in the collection are letters to Low regarding the sale or purchase of land by him.
